Responding to development needs, know-how transfer and performance technology for the Romanian market, an area dedicated to German companies wishing to promote innovative products and services to the Romanian forestry sector is organized in the 2019 edition.
The project „ Safe and sustainable forest management through German innovative forestry technology ” is financed by BUNDESMINISTERIUM FÜR ERNÄHRUNG UND LANDWIRTSCHAFT.
Forest Romania launches the PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2019 competition, where the innovations that serve as a forest model are awarded.

Visitors will be able to inform throughout the 3 days on the technical features of the winning products at the stand of the manufacturing companies, at the exhibition.
Many world-class hunting trophies have been collected from the Carpathian Mountains, with hunting species that reflect in their trophies the natural ecological conditions and water ecosystems offered by the Carpathian chain.
At FOREST ROMANIA, an evaluation of such trophies by CIC experts will be carried out.

Students participating in Forest Romania 2019 can apply for the contest “The most important elements of the evaluation of CIC trophies for the Carpathian species in the eco-region”.

For the first time at Forest Romania, STIHL® TIMBERSPORTS® competition is organized. Show, action and entertaining fun are all gathered in the STIHL®TIMBERSPORTS® demonstrations. Experience the fascination of sports courage with the ax, jogger and motorbike, proven by competitive athletes and demonstration teams.
Organized each year by the Romanian Forestry Association – ASFOR, Forestry Day will take place on Friday, September 6th in Forest Romania.
The event will be attended by key stakeholders in the field.
